PRIVACY NOTICE REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Charles University, residing in Ovocný trh 560/5, 116 36 Prague 1, company: VAT Number: CZ00216208 (hereinafter “CUNI”), is acting as a controller of personal data of all faculties and other parts of CUNI, to process the personal data filled in this submission form for the purpose of running the SIGDIAL-INLG 2023 conference.
We securely store the personal data secure information systems administered by CUNI. The relevant personal data are stored for period of 11 years.
We will use personal data to process the submission form, organize the conference and provide you with relevant materials with respect to the SIGDIAL-INLG conference.
Data subjects have the right to, under certain conditions, request that CUNI restrict the processing of their data via email sent to the following e-mail address: odusek@ufal.mff.cuni.cz or in person in the seat of the data controller.
Data subjects also have the following rights:
- To require information on what personal data is processed about them
- To require correction of false or outdated personal data
- To require their personal data not to be processed till the legitimacy of the two above mentioned points has been settled
- To require that their personal data will be transferred to another data controller
- To contact the controller or the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection in case of any doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data.
