We present an ongoing project of extending discourse relations annotation to the whole Prague Depencency Treebank - Consolidated 1.0. Our goal is to employ cost-effective methods of annotation depending on the nature of the individual parts of the treebank (Czech journalistic texts (already done before), texts translated from English, Czech spoken data), taking advantage of various existing resources (discourse annotation of the original English texts, a lexicon of Czech discourse connectives, manual annotation on the tectogrammatical layer of the whole treebank).
