Instruction for Authors
Please send non-anonymized full-version (up to 10 pages) submissions in .pdf format to Philipp
Koehn pkoehn-at-inf.ed.ac.uk
.
Please use the PBML style instructions (follow the "short paper" track) or download the PBML style package directly.
Most Important Rules for Camera-Ready Versions
- Send all LaTeX source files. Make sure it is indeed possible to compile your .tex source using a recent version of latex. If possible, you should use Xelatex; it is a part of TeXLive 2008, MikTex >=2.7, proTeXt, or MacTeX 2008. (For download, see TUG TeX Collection.)
-
Xelatex expects UTF-8 encoded documents. You can still use tex macros like
\'a
, but there is probably no good reason for it. In any case, send us only UTF-8 encoded documents. - If you use any non-Latin script, send us also the preferred font file. Otherwise, we will just make sure the characters render somehow.
Bear in mind that we will have just two days to assemble and compile the final submissions.
On the other hand, if you use pbml.sty
with xelatex and everything compiles fine, your paper will be typeset exactly as you see it with P>=.99.
