Registration fee

The fee covers admission to the scientific program, printed Proceedings, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and the welcome reception.

We kindly ask participants to pay the sum corresponding to the type and time of registration (see the options and deadlines below). In case the payment is received later than the indicated deadline, the organizers will charge the difference at the time of registration at the registration desk.

The conference dinner (common for DepLing 2013 + MTT 2013) is a part of the registration form but not included to the registration fee; the cost is 1000 CZK.

    In case of bank transfer, please make sure it is made net of all bank charges and commissions. Please note that for your transfer to be processed correctly you have to include all these identification items and to indicate the variable symbol obtained or the name of participant(s) in the comment.

We kindly ask students to send a proof of their status (scan of picture ID, letter from university) either by fax to the number above or as an attachment to an email.

A confirmation of your payment (receipt) will be sent to you by e-mail.

All payments should be carried out before the conference. Payment at the registration desk may cause queuing and possible delays. It will be accepted only in exceptional cases based on a request made in advance.

Cancellation Policy

75% of the registration fee will be refunded if a written cancellation request sent to the above mail or email address is postmarked or timestamped no later than July 30, 2013. Requests made after that date cannot be honored and no refunds will be made.
