eman
...a feature-packed experiment manager.
What is eman?
- A tool for managing pipelines of steps.
- Purpose independent, but bundled with an ecosystem of tools for machine translation.
- Written in Perl 5, runs on Linux (and probably other Unices).
- Tasks submitted locally or using SGE cluster.
