Novelty in the Grammars

potential contribution:
–Linguistic discovery:
descriptions of new phenomena
descriptions of new phenomena
–Systemic Functional Grammar advancement:
novel or elaborated SFG formalizations of phenomena on the basis of previous non-SFG studies
novel or elaborated SFG formalizations of phenomena on the basis of previous non-SFG studies
–Novel SFG-based lexicogrammar implementation:
substantial modification or new implementation of (parts of) regions previously not developed (in Nigel)

4Since the main focus
of the AGILE project is on development of lexicogrammatical and text-structuring resources for
generation in Slavic languages, it is
natural that majority of the contributions concern implementation of resources.
