Sentences (represented by tectogrammatical trees) are formed by one or more clauses. Annotation of clauses differs depending on whether the clause is verbal or verbless (see Section 3.1, “Verbal and verbless clauses”), and on the kind of dependency (see Section 3.2, “Dependent and independent clauses (clause connecting)”).
